Exercise - Using the Generic Selection List

In ShowOrdersWithEmployeeSelectionView:

1. Find the txtCustomerID_Expand method
2. comment out the call to the SelectCustomers.
3. Add an instance of customers entity.
4. user ENV.Utilities.SelectionList.Show to show the end user the selection list.
