Exercise - CustomCommand

1. In ShowEmployee, create a custom command named MySpecialCommand.
2. Add a handler to the MySpecialCommand that display the message: My Special Command Handler.
3. Raise the MySpecialCommand, using the Raise method from the OnStart.
4. Raise the MySpecialCommand, using a button on the screen.
5. Save changes to Git.
6. Build and test.
