Exercise - HandlerScope

1. In ShowEmployees.
2. set the F9 Handler, HandlerScope to be CurrentTaskOnly.
3. Save changes to Git.
4. Build and test.
5. Notice that when you are in the ShowEmployeesCars you will no loner react to the F9 key stroke.
